Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives:
- Damaged or broken
- Different from what you ordered
- With missing pieces or a manufacturing defect
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, used items, or requests after 7 days.
How to Return
- Take clear photos/video of the issue immediately upon delivery
- WhatsApp us within 7 days with photos + order details
- We review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we arrange free pickup — no courier visit needed
Refunds
Once return is approved, we offer:
- Free replacement — dispatched within 2–3 working days (preferred)
- Bank / JazzCash / EasyPaisa refund — within 3–5 working days
- Store credit — within 24 hours
For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalised orders
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Returns without prior approval
