At VillaWall, every order is carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We want your beautiful new decor to reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition.
Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders after 5:00 PM are processed the following working day.

- All major cities — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
- Small cities and towns across all provinces
- Remote areas — additional 1–2 days may apply

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive:
- A tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS
- Courier company name for tracking
- Expected delivery date
Track your order directly on the courier’s website using your tracking number.
Packaging
Every VillaWall order is:
- Wrapped in bubble wrap for protection
- Packed in a sturdy cardboard box
- Sealed securely to prevent damage in transit
- Fragile items double-boxed for extra safety
We take packaging very seriously — your decor deserves to arrive in perfect condition.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel from the courier
- Take photos immediately before opening
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. VillaWall is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient not available at delivery time
- Wrong phone number provided
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply.
Eid & Peak Season Shipping
During Eid holidays and peak shopping seasons:
- Processing times may increase by 1–2 working days
- We recommend ordering at least 7 days before Eid for guaranteed delivery
- We will notify you via WhatsApp if any delays are expected
